Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 21 April 2026

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Next Level International Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), and any individual or entity ("Client," "Trader," or "you") who accesses or uses our proprietary trading evaluation and simulation services ("Services").

By accessing, browsing, or using the PropMarket platform and its associated services through the website https://propmarket.com ("Site"), you acknowledge and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of our platform immediately. Challenge rules and risk factors are further described in our Challenge Rules, risk disclosure, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated by reference where applicable.

Definitions

In this document:

  • Platform means the PropMarket Site, any mobile or web application we provide, and associated content.
  • User or Trader means any person or entity that registers to use the Services.
  • Challenge means a structured evaluation in which you must meet defined performance and risk parameters on supported prediction market venues, as set out in the Challenge Rules.
  • Funded Account (or simulated funded account) means a non-deposit, simulated capital envelope that may be made available after successful completion of a Challenge, subject to our internal policies and verification.
  • Profit split means the share of simulated or verified profits you may retain, as published on the Site and in the Challenge Rules.
  • Transaction records means records of fees and instructions you place through the Platform; you should retain copies for your own records.
  • Payment methods are those we accept at checkout (for example, payment services integrated through our providers such as Whop, or cards where offered). We do not store full card data on our servers when processing is handled by a certified third-party.

User account and eligibility

Registration

You must create an account with accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Eligibility

  • Age: You must be at least 18, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
  • Competence: You should have a basic understanding of prediction markets, fees, and the possibility of total loss of amounts you place on third-party platforms.
  • Sanctions and laws: You must not use the Services in violation of applicable trade sanctions, anti-money-laundering rules, or the laws of your place of access. We may refuse or close accounts in sanctioned jurisdictions or where the law requires.
  • Honesty: You must not misrepresent your identity, affiliations, or the origin of funds.

Payment

You will only use payment methods you are authorized to use. You authorize us and our payment partners to charge applicable fees. See our Refund Policy for post-purchase rights.

Service activation

When you complete purchase through our authorized flow (e.g. Whop), you will receive instructions to connect your account and, where applicable, to link a supported external wallet (e.g. for Polymarket). We aim to process access promptly; if account materials are not available within 24 hours of a completed payment, you may contact support@propmarket.io in line with the Refund Policy.

We may change how onboarding is delivered; material changes will be indicated on the Site or by email.

Our services (summary)

PropMarket offers evaluation and progression paths for trading on prediction market venues we support, including but not limited to Polymarket and, when enabled, Kalshi, under the parameters described on the Site and in the Challenge Rules. Capital figures shown for challenges and funded simulation are not deposits to a bank; they are program-specific envelopes subject to the rules, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

Payouts of real money, if and when offered, are subject to verification, anti-fraud checks, tax compliance, and separate written conditions. Nothing on the Site constitutes investment, legal, or tax advice.

Trading rules and conduct

  • You must follow the Challenge Rules, the rules of each external venue, and these Terms.
  • Prohibited conduct includes: fraud, market manipulation, using stolen credentials, abusing the Platform, operating multiple accounts to circumvent risk limits or promotions, and any collusion to distort challenge outcomes.
  • We may suspend, reset, or terminate your Program participation, withhold or refuse payouts, or take other reasonable measures if we believe you have broken the rules, exposed us to legal or regulatory risk, or misused the Services.

Intellectual property

The Platform, branding, and content are owned by the Company or its licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial participation in programs we offer, subject to these Terms. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or resell the Services where not permitted by law. Feedback you provide may be used by us without obligation to you.

Risk disclosure

Trading on prediction markets involves a high level of risk. You can lose the entire amount you commit on third-party platforms. The Company does not guarantee that you will earn profits or pass any challenge. You use the Services at your own risk. See our risk section.

Privacy

How we process personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge the practices described there.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company and its officers, employees, and suppliers shall not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential loss, or loss of profit, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services or of third-party platforms, except where liability cannot be limited by law. The Services and information are provided "as is" without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent disclaimable.

Refunds and fees

Fees, billing, and any refund entitlements are described in our Refund Policy and on the product pages at purchase. The Refund Policy is part of this agreement. Please read it before paying.

Amendments and termination

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will use reasonable means to notify you (e.g. posting the new date and, where material, an email or notice in the app). Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or close your access if you breach the Terms, create risk, or for operational or legal reasons, where permitted.

Dispute resolution

The parties will first try to resolve disputes in good faith. Failing that, the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, unless a mandatory law of your home jurisdiction gives you a non-waivable right to sue elsewhere. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR, excluding conflict-of-law rules that would apply another law.

Miscellaneous

  • Severability: If a provision is invalid, the rest remains in effect.
  • Entire agreement: These Terms, the Challenge Rules, the Risk disclosure, the Refund Policy, and the Privacy Policy form the main agreement for use of the Services as we provide them, subject to any separate written document we sign with you.
